How I found out about Ballet Heels...

Background story

As you know I can really walk with ballet heels. It all begun when I met Raymond K. Larum back in 2009. I came to him because we liked to shoot fashion and ballet in a mix together.It was a fantastic day and I learned a lot from him. He as educated model coach had so much to show me what I can do as a model with my great body feeling.I saw the ballet heels in his studio but I didn’t try them on. What I tried was a new latex corset which he just got from a latex label this day. It was a strange feeling but I liked the idea to make some photos of it.

The idea of Highstyle was new for me but he was able to describe it in a way I understand. He talked with me about other models and told me that many models are afraid about latex. I didn’t know why so many models wouldn’t do photographs with latex in combination with Fashion. I didn’t think about the sexual part latex comes from. The latex was and is just a material for me to create different cloth.

A few months ago I got an invitation from Raymond to shoot ballet and fashion again. But all changed as he asked me to try a pair of ballet heels I already saw in his studio. I slipped in without socks and I don’t lace them. I walked a few steps around and it was fun even when the boots were a number too small. I still liked the idea of Highstyle photography so he helped me into latex tights and we went outdoors to make some of my first ballet heels photos. Because I could walk so well with the ballet heels he offered me the idea of a website with me as a single model. I thought about it for few days and accepted. The best decision in my model career so far.

That day we shot the first ballet heels photos we did also some first highstyle ballet photos which I wanted to do as I came back to him for the second shooting. These photos were really cool this time because nobody else had such photographs in their portfolio. I was the first! 🙂

We talked that day how the ballet heels website could look like and how I participate from it for my model career. I learned a lot about the Internet that day. I didn’t know much about pay websites and now I was getting my own. Raymond also showed me his first content website “latexperiment” and it’s content. The models there looked fantastic! The photographs he did with latex only inspired me from the first moment.

In March 2010 I had my first full shooting for my upcoming ballet heels website. I never thought I would make it right but he was very patient with me and explained how I have to move and pose in front of his camera. We finished my first video and made a lot of photos that day. I had fun and I was now sure it would work with me and him.

The whole project started and you can see what we made out of it over all the years. I’m pretty happy with my decision.

To make the long story short;

I still like to shoot with Raymond K. Larum and for some months I also lived with him together in his new photo studio in Cologne. Through the last 9+ years, I know him very well and we are best friends. I like his creativity. He’s so fearless about new things and tries almost everything to create some new fantastic photographs and videos.
