What do the membership plans include?

There are five monthly plans: Starter (24.99 EUR): the current Lifestyle and Editorial albums, plus the paid Life posts. Premium (29.99 EUR): everything in Starter, plus the Art and Ballet categories and the livestreams. Exclusive (49.99 EUR): full access to everything, the current content and the complete archive. Exclusive + Print (54.99 EUR): everything in Exclusive, plus one physical print mailed to you every month. Full Archive (24.99 EUR): the complete Archive from 2008 to 2023 (Latex Lifestyle, Highstyle, Fashion, and the Ballet archive). Video downloads are included in every album your plan unlocks.

What is the difference between the Archive and the Categories?

The Archive is the earlier collection from 2008 to 2023. You can browse it by category (Latex Lifestyle, Highstyle, Fashion, Ballet) and by year. It is unlocked by the Full Archive or Exclusive plan. The Categories (Lifestyle, Editorial, Art, Ballet) are the current, ongoing content. Lifestyle and Editorial are unlocked from Starter up; Art and Ballet need Premium or higher.

Which plan do I need to watch the livestreams?

Livestreams are included with Premium, Exclusive, and Exclusive + Print. Individual events may occasionally be opened to all paying members.

Can I download the videos, and in what quality?

Yes. If your plan unlocks an album, you can download that album’s videos in every resolution it offers, at no extra cost. There is no separate high-resolution upgrade. Archive videos are provided in HD and 4K HDR; current albums go up to 8K, depending on the set (the resolution badges on each album show what is available).

What is the Life section, and is it free?

The Life section is a stream of posts in four categories: Everyday, Training, Behind The Scenes, and Collaborations. Everyday and Collaborations are free to read. Training and Behind The Scenes are for members from Starter up. Free posts always show a preview before the members-only part.

Is the News section free?

Yes. News is open to everyone and does not require a membership.

How do I pay, and how often am I billed?

You can pay with PayPal or by card through Stripe. Memberships are billed monthly and renew every 30 days until you cancel.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account. Canceling stops the next payment, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Can I switch between plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from the Subscription area of your account. Changes apply to memberships paid through Stripe or PayPal.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

By signing up, you consent to immediate access and waive your statutory right of withdrawal. Because of this, once paid content has been accessed, viewed, downloaded, or streamed, the payment is not refundable. Canceling always stops future billing. What is the Print add-on and how is it shipped?

The Exclusive + Print plan includes one physical print mailed to you each month, in addition to everything in Exclusive. Because it is mailed to you, a valid shipping address is required at checkout and in your account. Prints are made to order and personalized, so they cannot be returned or exchanged.

In which languages is the site available?

The site is available in English, German, Japanese, French, Russian, and Italian. Use the language switcher in the header to change languages at any time.

How do I create an account and sign in?

Choose Register and sign up with your email address. A username is optional and is only shown next to your comments. You can then sign in with either your email or your username.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the sign-in page, select Forgot password? and enter your email. We will send you a link to set a new password.

Can I protect my account with two-factor authentication?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can add a passkey or two-factor authentication from your account security settings and generate backup codes in case you lose access to your device.
