Daily fashion with ballet heels

This ninth shoot blended the everyday with the unexpected. I picked out a look I’d actually wear to university—light denim jeans, a black tank top, and a blue-patterned cardigan—and paired it boldly with knee-high leather ballet heel boots. The combination turned a casual outfit into something with edge and intent, without losing its grounded, approachable tone.

Shooting by the riverside gave the images a bright, natural clarity. The concrete walkway and metal stairwell added a raw contrast to the polished leather and clean denim lines. The boots made every pose more focused, more vertical, and added a bit of height both literally and visually. Raymond and I kept the mood light and confident, capturing the balance between daywear and pointe posture.
