Fall fashion shoot
With the first signs of autumn setting in, this shoot was the perfect chance to bring a bit of seasonal style into my ballet heel series. The streets were lined with fallen leaves, and the trees overhead still held onto some of their late-green tones—an ideal setting for a relaxed but intentional walk through early fall. I paired a warm, check-patterned coat with classic denim and my lace-up ballet heels to balance the structured silhouette with everyday comfort.
The coat’s muted tones of amber, blush, and dark brown mirrored the landscape beautifully, giving each shot a quiet harmony with its surroundings. The jeans grounded the outfit and made the heels feel more like a statement of style rather than performance. Sitting on a bench or strolling slowly along the path, I wanted to let the focus remain on how these pieces come together without pushing the visual too far. The result felt natural—just a shift into the new season, with posture and shape carried through by the heels.
I’ve always enjoyed playing with contrasts, and this set felt like a step further into that—combining practical warmth with something as precise and refined as ballet boots. The feeling of dressing for colder weather, while still standing tall and deliberate, added a new dynamic to the series and left me looking forward to exploring more combinations through the season.
