Winter fashion style
With winter slowly creeping in, this shoot was all about embracing warmth without letting go of the unique elegance ballet heels bring. I went for a layered look in soft greys—pairing a fitted trench coat with a thick knit scarf, gloves, and legwarmers that almost disguised the heels altogether. It created a silhouette that felt gentle and bundled, yet still refined in posture and line.
The muted tones of the outfit blended well with the late autumn light and the fading greens around me. Raymond and I kept the shoot moving through a quiet park path, letting the textures of gravel, fallen leaves, and bare branches frame the scene. The ballet heels—subtly peeking out from under the wool—weren’t the visual focal point this time, but rather an extension of balance and control beneath all that softness.
There was a calmness to walking like this, fully dressed for the cold and leaning into comfort. My feet stayed warm through gentle, deliberate movement, and the wrapped-up style gave me a sense of ease. It felt less like a performance and more like simply being—comfortable, still upright, still myself.
