Winter fashion style
After spending some time indoors recovering, I was eager to step back outside and bring a bit of winter energy to a new shoot. The weather cooperated just enough—cold but clear—so I layered up in a knit dress, wool hat, and a classic black jacket. The look stayed casual but styled, perfect for easing back into things while still keeping a personal edge.
The location was an ordinary street corner with just enough contrast from the urban surroundings to make the outfit pop. My ballet heels added that familiar sculptural element to each shot, balancing the coziness of the knit textures. I always find a bit of rhythm between the softness of winter fashion and the bold stance of these heels. Walking on pavement scattered with leaves, I felt present again—steady, even if slightly cautious with every step.
This shoot wasn’t about pushing anything extreme. It was about simply returning—outdoors, upright, in the light. A quiet win after being stuck inside, and one that reminded me why I love doing this, even in the middle of winter.
