Winter is ending on tiptoes ;-)
The cold air still lingered, but the light had changed—softer, more open—hinting at the shift toward spring. For this shoot, I kept my look layered and practical with a structured blue jacket, a warm scarf, and gloves, balanced by the contrast of my ballet heels. We shot near an industrial riverside, where the weathered textures of stone and metal paired well with the clean lines of my outfit.
Though it was still too chilly for latex or anything too lightweight, this was my way of bridging the seasonal transition. The setting gave a rawness I liked, and I enjoyed playing with that mood—tough but quiet, grounded yet elegant. These heels, even in the cold, keep me focused and present in a way no other shoes can.
Raymond and I moved through the location quickly to catch what little light we had. The result feels like a fitting wrap to winter—one last nod to layered fashion, the muted tones of late February, and the slow return of warmth and movement.
