01 Bonus Ballet shoot

10.11.201140 Photos

After receiving so many kind requests, I decided it was time to create a dedicated ballet-themed photo series—something quieter, more focused, and built on the foundations that influence much of my movement work. This first bonus shoot is presented in classic black and white, a choice that strips everything down to shape, shadow, and presence. I wore a simple black practice outfit and satin pointe shoes, letting the textures and body language carry the mood.

We kept the setting deliberately minimal to focus purely on form and motion. Working on pointe again reminded me how much discipline lives behind grace—it’s a tension I’ve always found beautiful. These positions aren’t effortless, but in still images, they often read as calm and balanced, and I like that duality. It mirrors much of what I do: appearing still, while every muscle is working in the background.

This bonus series is meant as a quiet thank-you—something more personal and rooted in foundation work rather than fashion styling. There's no theme beyond movement itself. Just space, control, and the quiet concentration that comes with being fully present in your own body.
