Adding Something Unexpected

For this new Highstyle shoot, I wanted more than just another combination of latex and fashion. The black latex leggings, waist corset, and bright pink top already worked well together, but the setup still felt too predictable. I wanted something in the frame that would give me more possibilities to move and pose.

The Ladder Became Part of the Shoot

We had used this ladder many times for completely different studio setups, so I decided to bring it in front of the camera instead. Suddenly it became something to lean on, hold, step around, and use to change the lines of my body. It gave the shoot a much more playful structure without needing a complicated set.

Highstyle Through Interaction

That is what I liked most about the result. The outfit gave me the fashion element, the Ballet Heels added their own posture and balance, and the ladder gave me something physical to interact with. Sometimes the most ordinary studio object can become the detail that makes a shoot feel completely different.
