Trusting the Idea

Raymond suggested wearing the flared latex leg pieces on their own instead of using them as part of the full catsuit. At first I was not convinced. Without the rest of the suit, they felt like one of those pieces that could either look very intentional or completely wrong, with almost nothing in between.

Letting the Silhouette Decide

Once I had them on, the idea made much more sense. The flared shape changed the proportions of the whole outfit and gave the legs a much longer, more dramatic line. Together with the black latex body and the Ballet Heels, the look became surprisingly elegant and almost futuristic without needing anything else.

Sometimes Someone Else Sees It First

I like moments like this because they remind me that styling does not always have to begin with certainty. Sometimes I need to see an idea on my body before I understand it, and sometimes another person sees the possibility before I do. In this case, trusting the experiment was absolutely worth it.
