Latex Lifestyle
Latex, Leather & Vinyl
Heavy Instead of Delicate
This time I wanted to move completely away from the usual Ballet Heels silhouette. The plan was full latex, a structured vinyl corset from a local designer, a black leather couch, and those massive leather platform boots. The boots changed everything immediately. They made the outfit feel heavier, tougher, and much more grounded.
Different Shoes, Different Body Language
What surprised me most was how much the footwear changed the poses. In Ballet Heels, I automatically think about length, balance, and vertical lines. With these boots, I could sit lower, plant my feet differently, use the couch more aggressively, and create shapes that felt stronger and less fragile. The whole shoot became less about elegance and more about weight, structure, and attitude.
Sometimes Changing One Element Is Enough
I am very happy with how it turned out because the look still feels completely like me, just from another direction. The latex stayed, the corset gave the body a sharp shape, but the boots opened up a different vocabulary for the shoot. Sometimes you do not need a new concept. You just need one element strong enough to change everything else.
