Shoot at a friends place
Making the Most of an Unfinished Place
A friend offered me his new place for a shoot, which sounded perfect until we arrived and realized that moving in had happened only a few days earlier. Boxes, unfinished corners, and not much usable space meant that the original idea had to become much smaller. Instead of forcing a full photo set, we simply worked with the few areas that already looked good.
A Small Set, but a Better Video
That limitation actually pushed us in another direction. We only created a handful of photos, but this time we had enough room and time to make a proper video. I liked that because movement made the outfit feel much more alive, especially with the light summer dress and the Ballet Heels against the clean architecture of the terrace.
Summer Does Not Need Much
Sometimes a shoot does not need a huge location or a complicated setup. A little sunlight, one good corner, an outfit that feels right, and enough freedom to move can already be enough. This one turned into a light, relaxed summer set almost by accident, and I think that suits it perfectly.
