Elegant lingerie editorial
A Mask Changes the Story
I was asked to wear a mask, and Raymond came up with this delicate Victorian-style fabric piece. The moment I saw it, I knew it needed something more refined than a costume. So I built the look around lingerie, clean black-and-white contrasts, and the Ballet Heels to keep it elegant instead of theatrical.
Mystery Without Hiding Everything
What I like about the mask is that it changes the mood without covering too much. It does not really hide me, but it creates just enough distance to make the photos feel more mysterious. Combined with the fishnets and the very simple styling, it turned the shoot into something between lingerie editorial, fashion, and a little masquerade.
Elegance Can Be Suggestive
I did not want the set to become loud or overly dramatic. The interesting part for me was keeping it controlled and fashionable while still letting the mask add a slightly secretive edge. Sometimes the smallest accessory changes the whole character of an outfit, and this one definitely did.
