Finally, the Right Outfit

I do not wear these overknee Ballet Heels very often because they are surprisingly difficult to combine. They immediately dominate almost every outfit, so if the rest is too complicated, the whole look becomes too much. This shiny black body was simple enough to let the boots do exactly what they are supposed to do.

Using the Corner

I chose this narrow corner of the atelier because it gave me something to work against physically. Instead of standing freely in front of a background, I could lean, stretch, use the walls, and create longer lines with my body. With boots this tall, that made a real difference because the whole silhouette became part of the composition.

Some Pieces Need Patience

I like having clothes and shoes that are not easy to use. If everything worked with everything, styling would become boring very quickly. These boots need the right outfit, the right proportions, and the right mood. This time all three finally matched, so they deserved a complete shoot of their own.
