Summer Outfit, Studio Shoes

This outfit feels exactly right for summer: light, playful, easy to move in, and colorful without being too loud. I like how uncomplicated it looks, especially compared with some of the more elaborate outfits I wear for shoots.

The Ballet Heels Stay on Set

The Ballet Heels obviously change the whole silhouette, but they are still very much a shooting thing for me. I can walk in them, but that does not mean I want to turn every trip through the neighborhood into a public performance.

Some Things Are Better Kept for the Camera

I quite like having that separation anyway. Outside, I can dress normally and disappear into everyday life. During a shoot, I can become the girl walking around on tiptoes for a few hours. I really do not need the people living nearby to start recognizing me as that girl. :D
