Getting Ready for Colder Days

It is definitely getting colder, so this wool dress came out at exactly the right time. I really like the little heart details because they keep the outfit playful while the knit itself feels warm and comfortable.

Wool and Latex

Normally I would wear a dress like this with leggings or regular tights, but the black latex tights work surprisingly well too. The shiny surface creates a much stronger contrast against the soft wool, and that makes the whole look feel more deliberate.

Warm on Top, Shiny Below

With the Ballet Heels added, it becomes another one of those combinations that mixes something very normal with something completely unusual. Cozy dress, glossy legs, extreme shoes. Somehow it works, and I really like the balance.
