A Little Military, a Little Steampunk

This outfit started with a few separate ideas that did not necessarily belong together. The long dark coat gave me something almost military, the goggles immediately pushed it toward Steampunk, and the latex leggings added the Highstyle element I wanted. Somehow, once everything was on, the combination made much more sense than it probably should have.

Mixing Styles Without Losing the Fashion

I like shoots where the references are visible, but the result does not become a costume. There is enough military influence to give the look some discipline, enough Steampunk detail to make it playful, and the white blouse keeps the whole thing from becoming too dark. The shiny latex underneath adds that clean modern contrast I always enjoy.

Ballet Heels Change the Character Again

The Ballet Heels make the outfit feel less historical and much more like my own version of alternative fashion. They stretch the silhouette, sharpen the posture, and turn all those different influences into something that feels surprisingly coherent.

This is exactly the kind of Highstyle experiment I like most: take pieces that should not really belong together, mix them carefully, and see if something new appears.
