The Outfit Has to Deserve Them

I was actually happy to wear my thigh-high Ballet Heels again. I do not use them for every shoot because they are such a dominant part of an outfit. If the rest does not match, they can take over the whole look instead of completing it.

Full Latex, Full Commitment

This time the combination worked for me. The black latex leggings already created a strong, glossy base, while the lighter latex top kept the outfit from becoming one solid block of black. The thigh-high Ballet Heels then extended the silhouette, making the overall styling feel much more dramatic.

They are definitely not subtle shoes, and I do not think they should be.

When Everything Comes Together

That is what I like most about Highstyle: the pieces should support each other. Latex alone does not make an outfit interesting, and extreme shoes alone do not either. But when the proportions, materials, and attitude fit together, the result suddenly feels complete.

This was one of those moments. I would not wear these Ballet Heels with everything, but with this outfit, they finally had a reason to come out again.
