Finally Warm Enough

This shoot really felt like summer. The temperatures had climbed high enough that I could finally wear this dress outside instead of letting it wait in the wardrobe for another season.

Light Dress, Extreme Shoes

I like the contrast here. The dress is simple, light, and almost effortless, while the Ballet Heels make the whole outfit much more dramatic. Without them, it would just be a nice summer look. With them, the silhouette changes completely.

That is exactly the kind of combination I enjoy.

A Proper Summer Shoot

The heat made the shoot more exhausting than it looks, but at least the outfit finally made sense for the weather. No heavy layers, no jackets, no pretending it was warmer than it actually was.

Just a clean black summer dress, Ballet Heels, a warm afternoon, and finally the chance to use an outfit I had been waiting for.
