Too Late to Change It

I had just bought this new yellow dress in the city and wanted to use the location again while I was already there. The only problem was my collar. It didn't really belong with the outfit, but the key was at home, so taking it off wasn't an option.

Making It Work Anyway

Instead of changing the idea completely, I simply built the look around what I had: the bright dress, denim jacket, dark leggings, and Ballet Heels. The collar became one of those slightly awkward details you just accept and keep going with.

Sometimes That Makes the Shoot Better

Not every outfit has to be perfectly planned. Sometimes the interesting part comes from working with a small problem instead of fixing it.

And honestly, I still like the result.
